Technical reports and assessments we prepare remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

While we exercise care in selecting qualified professionals, we are not responsible for the work performed by these third parties. Separate contracts and warranties apply to actual electrical installation work.

We respect the confidential nature of building information. Information obtained during assessments will be used only for the purposes of providing our services and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Payment Terms
Payment terms for services are established at the time of engagement. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Assessment fees are due upon completion of the technical report
- Project coordination fees are established based on project scope
- Payment is required before final deliverables are released
- Late payments may incur additional charges
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies are established at the time of service engagement. Generally:
- Cancellations with adequate notice may receive partial refunds
- Work already performed is not refundable
- Scheduled site visits cancelled with insufficient notice may incur fees
- Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect ongoing service engagements.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Chile. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Chilean courts.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
